💷 Entry Fee: £35 per gymnast (includes one spectator ticket)

👤 Eligibility: Higher-level general gymnasts, male or female, training up to 10 hours per week. Minimum age 6 in the year of competition.

🔹 Structure:

• Separate rules for Girls and Boys, with 4 competitive levels each.
• Gymnasts compete on all apparatus:
  • Girls: Vault, A-Bars, Beam, Floor
  • Boys: Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Floor

🔹 Key Points:

• Level 1 is the most basic; Level 4 the most advanced.
• Bonuses are available for certain higher-difficulty skills, connected acro series, or precision in execution.
• Skills must match the permitted code for the gymnast’s level.
• All bonuses can only be awarded once per routine.
